The first easyCinema was opened in May 2003 at Milton Keynes. The project involved the control of turnstiles and doors via the use of barcoded tickets printed by the customer at home. SB had to write a complex set of rules to interface with the web-booking system, and to the the turnstiles and doors that control access to the screens.
